We want gear that fits your season.

New items

Unused new gear in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Buyer covers return shipping unless we sent the wrong item.

Used & resale

Used items are final sale once accepted, because each piece is unique. If a listing’s condition note was materially wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right (refund or store credit).

Local pickup

Inspect pickup orders at handoff. Once you leave with the item, standard new/used rules above apply.

How to start a return

Reply to your order email with the order number and reason. We’ll send a return address (Calabasas, CA) and next steps.
